What a month!!!! August 1 kicked off with Trump being embroiled in more criminal indictments, as this tactic is become more prevalent as the 2024 race gets closer. Indictment 3.0 in Washington was handed down to President Trump as Federal charges against him were delivered in regards to the efforts in overturning the 2020 election.
These charges included four counts as listed, Count 1: Conspiracy to Defraud the United States, Count 2: Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding, Count 3: Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding and Count 4: Conspiracy against Rights.
Despite the relentless attacks the support from the American people in favour of Trump as GOP nominee has been astonishing. Trump’s appearance at the Iowa State Fair saw the largest crowd in history for the annual state fair nearly reaching 120,000 in attendance.
Trump’s decision to skip the GOP debate hosted by Fox News came as no surprise as the network has failed to highlight many of the recent polls indicating the dominance of Trump’s presents in the 2024 race. Trump decided to alternatively partake in a one on one interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson that saw over 200 million viewers tune in on X.

Trump condemned President Biden on the continuation of Barack Obama’s foreign policies with Iran. Joe Biden agreed to pay the Iranian dictatorship 6 billion dollars in exchange for American hostages, a move which has previously been proven destructive. Trump stated the world’s leader of state sponsored terrorism is further emboldened by the complicit actions of weak American leadership.
Trump delivered scathing commentary on Joe Biden as Trump described Biden as a “Manchurian candidate” in response to the lack of empathy and lack of aid given by the Biden administration regarding the devastating Maui fires in Hawaii.
Emblematic of Americas decline the world witnessed President Trump as the first president in American history to ever be arrested in Fulton County, Georgia. On August 14 Indictment 4.0 was issued by Trump hating District Attorney Fani Willis.
Trump was charged on 13 counts in the State of Georgia including Racketeering charges that are often associated with members of organized crime. 18 other defendants were also charged including former Mayor of New York Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows the Former White House Chief of Staff. The arraignment hearing in Georgia is set to be in early September, Trump has opted to not attend the hearing of this case.
